Border points of food safety inspection and certification

Law No. 7/1966 concerning food

Government regulation no. 2 year 2004. regarding food safety, quality, and nutrient.

1. Food was tested, inspected, and/or stated clear in terms of food safety, quality an/or nutrient by the competent authority in the country of origin;
2. Food complied with the provisions of quality assurance
3. Food is accompanied by a document of test/inspection result referred to in point a
4. Food is to be tested and/or inspected in terms of safety, quality and nutrient in Indonesia prior to its distribution
