Border points of food safety inspection and certification

Law No. 7/1966 concerning food

Government regulation no. 2 year 2004. regarding food safety, quality, and nutrient.

1. Food was tested, inspected, and/or stated clear in terms of food safety, quality an/or nutrient by the competent authority in the country of origin;
2. Food complied with the provisions of quality assurance
3. Food is accompanied by a document of test/inspection result referred to in point a
4. Food is to be tested and/or inspected in terms of safety, quality and nutrient in Indonesia prior to its distribution

Food safety control in entry and exit points at Quarantine stations as follows:

1. Administrative inspection of the commodity before be allowed to enter the territory of Indonesia
2. Inspection if needed and laboratory testing
3. Food safety certification according to import country requirement

1. laboratory for testing microbial contaminant
2. trainded Q-inspector in the entry/exit points
3. certificate of health
4. ICT infrastructure with web base for electronic data interchange
5. Laboratory networking
6. Guidelines for food safety inspection

-mycotoxin, antibiotic, biological contaminant, heavy metal contaminant, pesticide residue

I want to write film story

But I don’t know how to make a scenario

So I make like a novel

I have some of ideas. But I want, some person help me to finish this story

If it have finished, I believe the result is very good.

The reason why I want to be helped, because the good story more many maked by some people

Example, the success story are winter sonata, ekstravaganza and the other movie. Which use some heads _________

I hope the story can be made to novel. And then from novel be made to movie

Strengthening and policies of CIB

1. implementation of biosafety (food safety) control at the entry and exit points.
2. Legislation & issuance which needed as format basic on implementation of food safety control
3. Enhancing linkages and networking for coordination with other institutions dealing with quarantine and bio safety (food safety) matters
4. Information exchange concerning food safety, invasive alien species, and biological agents
5. Active in the involvement of codex and biodiversity meeting in national and international level
6. Improvement of caacity building or the control of food safety (refer to CAC), invasive aliens Species (refer to CBD), Biological Agents (ISPM)
7. Developing information system on quarantine and Bio Safety matters.

Ministry of Agricultural decree no. 1 of 008 concerning guidelines for controlling and testing food safety and product quality of animals

Ministry of Agricultural Decree no. 15 of 2008 concerning guidelines of monitoring and surveillance of residue and microbe contaminant in the animal products.

Ministry of Agricultural Decree no. 64 of 2006 concerning importation and controlling the distribution of carcass, meat and offal

Article 34 and 35

Prohibition of imported carcass, meat and offal due to infected quarantine animal diseases, spoil and not fit for human consumption

Article 36

Accepted importation of carcass, meat and offal shall free from quarantine animal diseases, hazard chemical, physical and biological contaminant, ‘halal’ and fit for human consumption.
